Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
The following terms are used in these General Terms and Conditions:- Landlord: Reina del Sol, located at Plaza Alquible 12 A, Rental License: (to be added).
- Tenant: The natural person or legal entity who makes a reservation to rent the bungalow.
- Accommodation: The holiday bungalow offered for rent by the landlord.
- Agreement: The agreement between the landlord and tenant regarding the rental of the accommodation.
2. Reservation and Payment
2.1 Reservations can be made via the website, by telephone or by e-mail. The reservation is only final after receipt of a confirmation from the landlord.
2.2 When making a reservation, the total rental amount must be paid.
3. Cancellation and Changes
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail.
3.2 The following cancellation conditions apply in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation costs:- Cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival: FREE
- Cancellation between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount.
- Cancellation between 2 and 4 weeks before arrival: 75% of the total rental amount.
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount.
3.3 The tenant may request to change the reservation, subject to availability and for possible additional costs.
4. Arrival and Departure
4.1 The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. The tenant must leave the accommodation before 12:00 PM (Noon) on the day of departure.
4.2 Early departure does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Use of the Accommodation
5.1 The accommodation may only be used by the persons stated in the reservation.
5.2 The tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation tidy and in good condition during the stay.
5.3 Smoking and pets are (not) allowed in the accommodation.
6. Liability
6.1 The landlord is not liable for loss, theft or damage to property of the tenant or third parties.
6.2 The tenant is liable for damage to the accommodation or inventory that occurs during the stay.
6.3 Complaints about the accommodation must be reported to the landlord immediately after discovery, so that an appropriate solution can be found.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, fire, or other unforeseen circumstances, the landlord has the right to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention.
7.2 In the event of force majeure, the landlord is not obliged to pay any form of compensation or refund.
8. Privacy
8.1 The tenant's personal data will only be used for the execution of the agreement and will not be shared with third parties without the tenant's permission, unless required by law.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
9.1 These General Terms and Conditions and the agreement between the landlord and tenant are exclusively governed by the law of Spain.
9.2 Disputes arising from or related to the agreement will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Valencia.
